For the entire decade of my 20's, I struggled with chronic constipation and debilitating bloating.

After my first meal of the day, my stomach seemed to grow by the hour and what I desperately wanted was to not have to unbutton my pants to get through the workday or look 6 months pregnant by the end of each night.

I was searching for answers, but all I really got was a diagnosis of IBS and sent on my own way.

This led me to leave my corporate career behind to study nutrition and become a functional practitioner.
